Grilling season has officially begun at StoneGable! Really we grill all year round but not as frequently as we do in warm weather. Today’s On The Menu has a few really tasty grilled recipes you will want to try! There is nothing like grilled food! And Bobby does the grilling so it’s an easy dinner for me!

Before we begin today I want to let you know that our DECORATING TIPS AND TRICKS SHOP is OPEN!!!!

Now, here’s what’s ON THE MENU this week…

MONDAY

Just the mention of the word “CAPRESE” makes my mouth water! And how great is it when my one of my favorite foodie words is a main dish? This recipe is going to be YUMMY! The three basil plants I planted a couple week’s ago are going to be pinched back to make Monday’s dinner!

TUESDAY

Wow! Talk about a beautiful and healthy dinner. We love fish tacos here at StoneGable! And I think Living Chirpy’s recipe will become a big favorite!

WEDNESDAY

One of the best things about creating a weekly menu plan is finding such stunning recipes like the one below. Oh, my goodness. I will have to really garner up all my willpower to only eat one serving! Why, oh why don’t I have this problem with kale?

THURSDAY

I do love a good casserole! All those amazing flavors mixed and married together in one dish! I think I’ll make a second Chicken Broccoli and Rice casserole and freeze it before baking.

This is like a “safety net” meal for when I just don’t feel like cooking! If I don’t have anything easy I might just default to take out or fast food.

FRIDAY

I discovered flank and skirt steak about a decade ago when it was cheap and almost no one was using it. Now it’s a bit more pricey and is the bell of the beef ball! If you’ve never made flank steak please give it a try. It is so easy to marinade and grill.

If you make one thing this week it should be my Chimichurri sauce. It’s almost life changing!

SATURDAY

This is the quintessential summer dinner! Marinaded and grilled shrimp, a cool and really amazing savory Parmesan Flan and a light salad. And this whole menu is company worthy!

SUNDAY

I think this chicken will be a big favorite at StoneGable! Boneless, skinless chicken breasts are pretty devoid of flavor. But it dressed up right they can turn into a very tasty main dish!

We eat lots of chicken, here at StoneGable. Organic, free range, no antibiotics, etc. So I know lots of tricks for transforming them into something worth eating. And this recipe is so worth filling you tummy with!

TREAT OF THE WEEK

My daughter in law is gluten free and loves crumbly berry desserts. Perfect for her this week… and me too!

  4. I love that you plan your meals weekly even though you dont have children in your house.

My husband and i are currently anti-restaurant because if i buy our food at my favorite grocery store i know that we are eating organic, wild caught, grass fed etc. If my kiddos join us then i prepare something they like (usually not as healthy)

However, i am not as creative as you and we are getting a little bored with our meals, so i use alot of your recipes, i love them.

  5. Thanks so much for featuring me in your meal plan! I hope you enjoy the chicken. It is a favorite with us!
