Do you watch Chopped? I’m obsessed with it. Oh, I would hate the pressure and the tricky food but I love the competition and creativity. I have the cooking channel on in the background when I’m making dinner or cleaning! Now if only I could acquire some of those unbelievable culinary skills by osmosis! As a little girl, I lived across the pond and really good fish and chips became a way of life. Nowadays I don’t enjoy this old favorite as often as I did but once in awhile, fish and chips bring back all those wonderful memories of being a girl living in Scotland and England.
A ribeye steak is hands down the best steak you can eat. And I’m not sure why people think it is so hard to make. Steak done right is not only easy but so so sexy!!!! A perfect pick for Valentine’s dinner.
And I’m not going to rant about going out to dinner on Valentine’s day. UGH!!!! Just don’t do it! Wait a week and enjoy the best a restaurant has to offer!
I’m sorta into “bowls”. A fun way to eat everything together. I adore Maple Soy sauce on salmon!
