Home Style Saturday #395

This weekend, I’m putting away my spring decor. I’ve been slowly taking it down since right after Easter, culling my stash- getting rid of what is tired or worn and giving away items I no longer want or need. So, what I’m left with is the best of my spring decor to put away. I love to edit decor! How about you?

I’m a big seasonal decorator. I think it’s because I was a first-grade teacher. We are known for marking time by seasons and holidays. In another week, I’ll begin decorating and sharing spring-into-summer ideas. Let’s thoroughly enjoy the remains of spring and look forward to summer!

If you’ve been reading my blog this spring, you will know that I went on a fabulous adventure in May to P. Allen Smith’s Moss Mountain farm outside Little Rock, AR.  That trip was so much fun and such an inspiration to me in the gardening arena, showcasing Allen’s beautiful home on a bluff overlooking the Arkansas river.

What is the paint color of your front door? It is so pretty.

    1. Hi Kathryn, I really don’t know. It was painted that color when we moved in. It is a Benjamin Moore paint. Sorry I can’t help you more.
