Today, before I began writing this post, Bobby and I went for a drive. I love driving through the countryside in Lancaster, Co. Farms and rolling hills dot the landscape. I say it’s good for my soul. Finally, the fields have woken up from their winter’s nap and have come to life. They are verdant and the edges of the fields are abundant with purple corn speedwell and blue creeping speedwell, weeds that bloom in the spring. Even though they are weeds, they are a very welcome sight after the starkness of winter.
I hope things you enjoy about spring are starting to happen in your area. Take time to enjoy them.
