My favorite thing about Valentines Day besides being with Bobby is eating one scrumptious sweet treat! Yummy! No guilt, no sweet-eater’s-remorse! Just pure delight! Last year I had the most perfect piece of chocolate cake with a huge scoop of vanilla ice cream. This year I’ll be cooking for my Valentine (I don’t like going to restaurants on major holidays) and making dessert too! How about you?
