Every morning I look forward to reading your blog just after my daily bible readings. You have become my morning coffee companion and friend. I have followed many of your suggestions. Thank you for being you. – Kind, thoughtful, resourceful and an ambassador for Our Lord. Have a blessed day.

    1. Wow! I really needed this today! Thanks for being a part of my life too!

I love the stacking bowl idea! But, I use those bowls for mixing and for the daily salad…will have to look for more matching sized bowls to duplicate your wonderful idea! Have a blessed day! Thank you, God!

Honestly, I go a little nuts in the kitchen at Christmas! I change out linens and some of my dishes (coffee mugs and dessert plates mainly, the cookie jar). I have a 4×4 foot garden window above my sink that I change out seasonally. Last year it contained a huge red mercury glass Christmas tree (and this year too, although the base broke off and I’m experimenting with a mercury glass pot), along with other decorations, lights, candles, etc. I promise to work on the “clutter” this year…lessons from Yvonne! My reasoning is that my hubs is a bit of a grinch with Christmas, so the kitchen becomes my happy place. I spend a lot of time in there too, so why not make it festive?

  4. Your bowl arrangement looks unique and perfect! I love the Spot On bowls. Pinned.

  5. This arrangement is simply gorgeous. I have never seen stacked greenery like this before. You’ll find it featured at this week’s Snickerdoodle Create Bake Make Link Party (live Saturday at 5pm EST).
