I’m not much of a kitchen gadget girl, but saying that I do love my Air Fryer! It just happens to be a toaster oven and an oven and a convection oven too! So I’m so excited to try air frying this Chicken Parmesan recipe from Recipe Diaries.
I’ll forgo the pasta but Bobby will love it!
- AIR FRYER PARMESAN CHICKEN WITH SPAGHETTI
- ARUGULA SALAD WITH SHAVED PARMESAN, TOASTED PINE NUTS IN A LEMON VINAIGRETTE
WEDNESDAY- INSTANT POT DAY
I almost forgot about Sloppy Joes! What a blast from my childhood past! Thanks, Michele from Midlife Healthy Living! If you don’t have an instant pot you might want to give one a try! It took me a while to warm up to this small appliance but now I love it!
THURSDAY- HAPPY INDEPENDENCE DAY!
Today is a great day for a cookout! And that means BBQ chicken! Happy Birthday, America!!!!
- BBQ CHICKEN WITH MAGIC RUB

Today I’m making one of my favorite summer recipes. Grilled veggies with a balsamic dressing. Well, maybe the zucchini bread is but these are healthier!
