Summer is having a very hard time showing up in my neck of the woods. Summer, heck spring is MIA! So I’m filling the menu this week with lots of flavors NOT from the grill! But they are so good you need to check them out!
I get so hungry making each week’s menus for us! I can’t wait to share all the yummy and healthy recipes this week! Let’s go…

MONDAY
I call Nani’s Sauteed Chicken a Heritage Recipe. This easy chicken recipe has been passed down from one generation in my family to another. It has humble beginnings but is just so good! If you make one thing this week it should be Nani’s Sauteed Chicken.
Leave a comment if you have made it for your family!

- NANI’S SAUTEED CHICKEN
- MASHED POTATOES
- ROASTED GREEN BEANS
TUESDAY
Bobby needs his weekly Italian dinner fix so this week it’s lasagne rolls from SKINNY KITCHEN. Thanks, Nancy! Bobby will love these! WW points included!
WEDNESDAY
This recipe from Taste Better From Scratch has become an almost weekly occurrence at StoneGable. It is so easy to make and ridiculously good! And it is only a couple of points! If you don’t have an Instant Pot you need one! See my favorite below!
- INSTANT POT CHICKEN TACO BOWL
- BAGGED SOUTHWEST SALAD
THURSDAY
Chicken Cordon Bleu is such an easy recipe and goes with so many side dishes. But this recipe from RECIPE DIARIES is made even better by air frying it!
We purchased a countertop toaster oven/toaster/air fryer/ warmer and LOVE it! At first, I didn’t want an appliance crowding up my countertop but I am so happy I gave it a try! The one we have is below I highly recommend it!

FRIDAY
I can’t wait to try this pizza recipe from MESS FOR LESS! This whole pizza is only 6 WW points! Wow! I think I’ll make a couple and eat a few slices for lunch!
- WW FRIENDLY PIZZA
- BAGGED ITALIAN SALAD
SATURDAY
Today’s main course from Alyssa at THE RECIPE CRITIC is one I’ve made over and over! It’s such a winner! To keep it WW friendly I try very hard not to eat too much sauce. But it is G-O-O-D!
- PAN SEARED TUSCAN GARLIC SALMON
- LEFTOVER NANI’S SAUTEED RICE
- WEDGE SALAD with STONEGABLE BLEU CHEESE DRESSING
SUNDAY
Just look at the picture below. It’s a steak from Keil at MUNCHKIN TIME. I think this is the prettiest steak I have ever seen! And I LOVE ribeye! So Keil, thanks so much for your wonderful recipe. I’ll be waiting all week for this one!
TREAT OF THE WEEK

I found this recipe decades ago. It’s simple, pretty healthy and just so so good. Here at StoneGable, we eat it for breakfast in a bowl piled high with strawberries and other seasonal fruit and drowning in milk. Well, maybe not drowning… just skinny dipping!
And if we have leftovers we eat it for dessert with whipped cream! This is a recipe you will want to try!

Good Morning Yvonne: Everything looks wonderful, I hope you have a wonderful Holiday weekend. Red, White and Blue are just some of my favorite colors.
Stay Safe.
Marilyn
Thanks, Marilyn! You be safe too!!!
Oh my, I just got very hungry looking at all of this! Sounds and looks absolutely delicious!
I’m excited to make everything on the menu this week!
Thanks for a great menu plan.
I’ve made your grandma chicken and it’s wonderful.
Going to try the pizza. The dough sounds interesting
I so love the weekly menu! Keep em coming!
Dear Ms. Yvonne don’t know how you do it, but there’s always something delish for me to prepare for dinner from your site! when I’m stuck, you’re my go to place. I can usually follow recipes real good, and the dishes you pick for us are soooo gooooooood! and all the pointers you give us to keep a nice home going, well-like the Bible says-we’re to look for our gifts in life, and how we can help others. I know these are some your gifts/ thank you
Thank you Dee! God bless you!
Thanks so much Yvonne for including my SKINNY LASAGNA ROLL UPS. I hope you and your husband thoroughly enjoy them!
Have a great week.
My best,
Nancy
I know he will! You are the best, Nancy!
I agree with the former comments. So happy to read On the Menu and this week, I am making ALL of them. Thank you for the number of points too. I need to get back on track.
Love this weekly column! Thank you so much for bringing it back!
I am wondering what is the recipe for the Caesar Salad that you have teamed with the veggie lasagne rolls? When I click on each item – it just gives me the recipe for the lasagne rolls. Would love to see the Caesar Salad recipe.
Thanks for your help!!!
Hi Joanna, link fixed!
Everything looks delicious!
How many points do you count the chicken taco bowl? Thanks.
See comments for a reply. I’m having leftover chicken taco bowl for lunch today! YUM!
Depends on how much you eat. The only countable thing in the recipe is the rice. And 1 1/2 cups of rice is 12 points. So divide that into servings. This post makes lots!
Yay!!!! The weekly menu is back!! Keep it coming!
I’m thrilled you like them. I do to!
OH MY! I truly love every one. I already have the chicken but the others will be appearing on our menu. Thank you so much for this!
I hope this helps you, Nancy! Happy Monday!
