Thanks for these wonderful ideas. I will have to “borrow” my sons bernadoodle for my front porch?. Happy Thanksgiving!?
I hope you do! I bet that would make a wonderful Christmas card!
Yvonne,
I so love the winter ski pillow on the guest bed.
Where was it purchased?
So love your decorating!
Thanks so much,
Carol
Hi Carol, this pretty pillow is in the home of my blogging Kim at Savvy Southern Style. You might want to ask her. Here is a link to her blog:https://savvysouthernstyle.blogspot.com/
Our dog thinks the porch is his official spot for guarding our home, so I put his new buffalo plaid dog bed on the wrapp around porch for him to rest and did a little holiday decorating around him and his comfiest spot on the porch. I got my old wooden sled out of the garage and placed it in the corner by the front door, then filled a old galvanized bucket with a mix of fresh pine and cedar branches in it and placed it by the sled. I noticed in your picture of your font door that you layered rugs by your front door so, I did the same. Thanks Yvonne for the idea of layering the rugs. Now my frontdoor looks inviting and my faithful freind has a comfy spot to rest. Have a great day.
Love the entire look.I used the same combo of black and white ribbons in my decor this year, put a big black and white bow on the front door wreath.
Oh, my goodness, he’s such a handsome boy! What gorgeous photos; your porch looks fabulous and it literally jumps off the screen! I love it! It looks like a very upscale campaign for a fashion magazine or catalogue. Nicely done!
Wow! Thank you so much! So nice of you to say!
What a beautiful dog! He looks so regal! i also love the beautiful brass pineapple sign. Did you ever post where that was from? The whole look is so welcoming. Another stunner.
Hi Lou, Beau the Wonderdog is such a darling boy. We love him so much!
Those two photos with the dog would make great Christmas cards. Just perfect !
Love Beau! 🙂 Your SG Porch is beautiful (as always!)…just a little reminder to everyone there are sweet pups and dogs at your local humane society who need homes <3 and, they would love a beautiful porch to hang out on 🙂
Hi Yvonne! you have a typo in your header: Every porch needs a dog… ‘

Oops!
Love the porch!! Living in Colorado, snow and all, makes it a bit difficult to decorate my front door. But I still love your ideas!! Also love her coat! Who makes it???? Lol
I think the coat came from J Crew.
Thank you!!! And thank you for the decorating inspiration!!!
I love your porch idea. And all the pictures shown here today ~ the tablescape with it’s soft beautiful colors is my favorite! I pinned that one, along with the porch to my pinterest boards, Christmas and Entertaining.
I also love the scriptures you post, thank you.
