Sauté onions and sweet peppers until soft and translucent.

Step 1

Mash salmon, mix with onions, breadcrumbs, egg, parsley, mayo, salt, pepper, and hot sauce.

Step 2

Form mixture into patties and preheat Air Fryer.

Step 3

Cook salmon cakes in Air Fryer, flip halfway, and serve with tartar sauce.

Step 4

Serve on top of the salmon cakes or put the tartar sauce in a bowl and let people serve themselves.
