  7. Wow! So many great ideas! So little time. I am so far behind this year with taking care of and passing of my dad. But the traditions mean so much more this year thanks to the memories we made at the end. I look forward to trying the sausage/apple/stuffing balls. They sound delish! Thank you for your devotion.

  8. Looking forward to catching some awesome Christmas ideas! I would love to see someone decorate a Southern theme with cotton bolls and husks. Maybe next year! I always look forward to your blogs.

  9. I absolutely adore the pillow with the red Volkswagen with the tree on top, I ordered it yesterday. I cannot wait till it comes. Thanks for all the great ideas!

  10. I too decorate with white and red and touches of red plaid (and this year I’m thinking of the red and black buffalo check perhaps instead of the red plaid… my tree topper is the black felt top hat – so I can get away with the red and black buffalo check I am thinking!). Can’t wait to see Stone Gable’s decorating ideas with the red, white and plaid! Thanks a lot for all your postings – you are inspirational!!!

  11. Yours was the first blog I ever subscribed to and you have opened a wonderful avenue of information for me. The plaid is splendid! I plan on using it next year for a party. Thanks in advance for your help.

  12. I love the pillow with the truck and Christmas tree motif… For some reason that theme always reads quaint to me. Love your mix of patterns and colors… Truly well coordinated!

  13. Hello and thanks so much for all the wonderful ideas!!! Love, love the plaid and plan on copying some of your plaid ideas. Most of all welcome to the land of Grandmothers!!! Nothing in the world is better than that…and what a cutie this little guy is… Enjoy, enjoy each moment with him! and….thanks for the generous giveaway too…

  14. Long time follower…always look forward to your weekly SCOOP
Your photos are always crisp. Looking forward to seeing more. Red black white green is one of my trees also

  15. Because of you, Yvonne, I have embraced my love for black-and-white decor – especially checks! I’m 66 years old and decided it’s high time! I have had the best time, over the last few years, thinking outside the box – especially at Christmas. Who would’ve thought black-and-white could be so festive?!?
