  1. Hi Yvonne. It has been a while since I have “attended” a link party, but it feels great to be back. Wishing you a fabulous Halloween! Thank you so much for hosting.

  2. Depending on what’s going on for the Christmas Season, I usually don’t put my Christmas decorations up until Thanksgiving weekend . I keep my fall decorations up for Thanksgiving. I love Harvest feeling, which incorporates itself into the holiday. If I have parties planned for December, I will start earlier.

  3. It cannot be November already! Enjoying all the great Fall, as well as early Christmas ideas. Thank you Yvonne, for your endless suggestions. I am in process of drying my bleached pinecones. As they open, they are being tucked here, there, and everywhere. My favorite is a creamy bowl, filled on my table. You embellish my day in a lovely way. Thank you.

  4. I love all the decorating ideas! I am in the midst of selling my house and I was told to keep things simple so I love looking at what everyone else is able to do with their home! Happy Fall Y’all!

  5. Thank you for “The Scoop”. I appreciate all who contribute! Each idea is a wonderful springboard for encouraging me to think outside the box. Each suggestion/project is well detailed and easy to follow.

  6. I am in awe of all of you bloggers. You do a remarkable job of coming up with creative seasonal decorating ideas as well as taking beautiful photographs and then writing and posting. However, I’d like to see you branch out and show us some reality! Show us your rooms actually being used. Show us your kitchens when you are preparing meals. Show us your rooms after your guest leave and you need to clean up. I want to see you use the rooms you work so hard to decorate. Rooms should look their best when people are in them. I maybe asking too much, but if you are wanting to help others and not just show us your creative skills and decorating abilities plus make money, be vulnerable and give new life to the blogging world!

  7. Hi Yvonne,
Thanks for all the inspiration! I especially love the tray you showed that had candles and pumpkins on it! I have a similar tray and it gave me some great ideas! I also saw some fun DIY’s that hopefully I have materials for to make. Love the scoop!

  8. Can’t wait to try the bleached pine cones. I have tried spray painting pine cones but this looks more natural.
    Thank you for the information.
