    1. A very happy July 4th to you too, Shannon. How nice of you to stop by! xo

  1. Looks yummy, Yvonne! I enjoy trying your recipes. I am having a picnic for 15 family and friends this afternoon, and your potato salad will be on the table. I FINALLY found Hearty Garlic Clausins, so even though this is our third time making this dish, it is the FIRST time with the correct pickle juice. After looking high and low for a year I spotted them, and I almost cried over a jar pickles. My husband thought I was nuts!
Have a very happy celebration with your houseful.

    1. Julie, If you like the potato salad, you must try this southwest pasta salad. You will like it just as much!

  2. Theresa Kleinschmidt says:

Yvonne thanks for the recipe. I can hardly wait to make this for my family. Our son is home this week from Kansas for our county fair. This will be an easy dish to make as a side dish or a meal. Happy 4th of July!

  3. Recipe looks delicious and I will try soon. FYI, I live in a small town in northern Idaho (Sandpoint) where Litehouse Dressing began by the Hawkins family. They employ 750 local residents and many more throughout the US. My first job at 14 was in their restaurant also called The Litehouse as a dishwasher. Wonderful, generous family whose company is an asset to our small town

    1. So good to know this. Love that their dressings are made in America by a family owned company!
