I have a refrigerator filled with asparagus tops and a freezer filled with those woody ends. Don’t throw them away! They make amazing asparagus soup! I’ll share that with you soon too!
You probably know by now I am obsessed with my Air Fryer! It makes such crunchy wonderful food! It was one of the best kitchen investment I have ever made! And it really was not very expensive!
I use it a few times a week and have even branched out into making breakfast recipes too like, air fryer two ingredient bagels, air fryer breakfast pizza and air fryer donuts!
If you haven’t gotten aboard the air fryer craze you really should.
Today’s pretty salmon is made in an air fryer. I’m excited to try it!

Once in a while I get hungry for a good old hot dog. Bobby will grill them and I’ll cut up lots and lots of tasty condiments. We even buy canned chili to put on our dogs. And it tastes great!

I’ve made this scrumptious COD PICCATA from Iryna from Lavender and Macaroons quite a few times. It is that good! And it is perfect for a weeknight and so company-worthy! This recipe begs to be made over and over!

If you don’t have time to make the flatbread (but I suggest you should) you can use Lavash bread as the base for this recipe!
Chicken Parmesan is one of Bobby’s favorite meals. Tonight I’m taking this recipe and making it even more yummy by using my air fryer. I love the crisp crunch of air fryer food!
When we get Italian take-out Bobby always orders Chicken Parmesan. No take-out tonight Bobby! Let’s make Chicken Parmesan at home!

SWEET TREAT OF THE WEEK
Today’s sweet treat is an absolute favorite here at StoneGable! I’ve been making this “skinny” version of strawberry shortcake for decades! We pour milk over it and eat it for breakfast or add a dollop of whipped cream and eat it for dessert!
But what makes this a pretty healthy dessert is all the fruit! Any fruit will do. Even frozen!
If you make one think on the menu this week make the strawberry shortcake!

Have you tried NICE CREAM yet? It is amazing! With just a few healthy ingredients you can have a fabulous, good for you ice cream! The secret ingredient are bananas! When my bananas get a too ripe I cut them up and make this amazing dessert!
