Let’s eat good food this week! And speaking of good food. Last week I made Julia Child’s beef bourguignon and it was easily one of the best things I have ever made. You can find it On The Menu # 218. It pays to try new things! This week’s menu is full of delicious recipes too. YUM!

This week 31 scrumptious recipes are waiting for you!

MONDAY- SLOW COOKER DAY

Hey friends, this is a dinner I can make with my eyes closed!!!! I have a super busy day today so I’ll be making this meal in the slow cooker and making fresh spaghetti from the refrigerator section of my grocer’s.

I keep the Ceasar dressing in the freezer in ice cube trays so I can pull a couple out, and thaw them. Super easy!

This is a company-worthy dinner that I can put together in a flash! It’s all about planning!

If you make one thing this week, you should actually make two! Make the meatballs and Caesar salad!

Just a word about the Caesar Salad recipe… this is an o-l-d recipe. And for some reason, the images are not showing up. But the recipe is there. I’ll retake the images and fix the post soon. Thanks for being patient!

TUESDAY

I have a foodie blog crush this week. I just found an amazing site for healthy and delicious recipes. If you don’t know Lee from Fit Foodie Finds you should! I want to make everything on her wonderful blog! YUM!

What a great recipe for a busy evening! I’ll tenderize the meat before freezing it, take it out of the freezer and cut it frozen and then let it thaw until for dinner. Makes cutting meat thin so much easier!

WEDNESDAY

I LOVE crunchy food! But I don’t love heavy fried food. I’m so enjoying panko encrusted food cooked in an air fryer! Wow! If you know just a few secrets you can get very crispy food with great taste!

Tonight’s crispy main dish is from Rhonda at Kitchen Dreaming! What a scrumptious-looking recipe!

Tonight’s dinner is a take on kid-favorite comfort food, just for me and Bobby!

THURSDAY- AIR FRYER DAY

Do you remember eating Salmon Cakes as a child? It was a staple in our family.
These salmon cakes are a bit more sophisticated and full of lots of flavorful ingredients! And the tartar sauce is homemade!

I still use canned salmon because it is easy.

These salon cakes have a crunch outside and a tender inside because they are air fried! However, if you don’t have an air fryer you can pan fry them in just a little bit of neutral oil.

If you make one thing this week, the salmon cakes should be it!

FRIDAY- BREAKFAST FOR DINNER

We think Fridays after work are fun evenings! Movies, games, and easy dinner. Bobby LOVES breakfast so tonight’s dinner is a gorgeous breakfast casserole!

I’ll put Bobby’s casserole on top of Canadian Bacon and toasted brioche. Just for you darling!

Thanks for the scrumptious breakfast recipe Gina, from Skinnytaste!

SATURDAY- COMPANY’S COMING

I can’t wait to make this gorgeous rolled flank steak from Homemade Hoopla for a casual company dinner! The flavors are just divine and the presentation is impressive!

My secret to a stress-free dinner is to prep ahead all week and make as much as I can!

I make a timeline and work backward and check things off as they get done!

SUNDAY- SOUP’S ON

This week’s soup is a healthier version of Broccoli Cheese Soup from Mommy’s Fabulous Finds.

Broccoli has so much flavor we should make it and not the cheese the star!

Leftovers are Bobby’s for lunch next week.

SWEET TREAT OF THE WEEK

I’m so excited to make this nice cream this week. I have a feeling I’ll be making it a lot! I’m not a huge sweet eater but a little bit of chocolate does taste delicious in the evening!

This amazing and easy recipe comes from Lee at Fit Foodie Finds!
