MONDAY- SLOW COOKER DAY
Hey friends, this is a dinner I can make with my eyes closed!!!! I have a super busy day today so I’ll be making this meal in the slow cooker and making fresh spaghetti from the refrigerator section of my grocer’s.
I keep the Ceasar dressing in the freezer in ice cube trays so I can pull a couple out, thaw them. Super easy!
This is a company-worthy dinner that I can put together in a flash! It’s all about planning!
If you make one thing this week, you should actually make two! Make the meatballs and Ceaser salad!
I have a foodie blog crush this week. I just found an amazing site for healthy and delicious recipes. If you don’t know Lee from Fit Foodie Finds you should! I want to make everything on her wonderful blog! YUM!
What a great recipe for a busy evening! I’ll tenderize the meat before freezing it, take it out of the freezer and cut it frozen and then let it thaw until for dinner. Makes cutting meat thin so much easier!
I LOVE crunchy food! But I don’t love heavy fried food. I’m so enjoying panko encrusted food cooked in an air fryer! Wow! If you know just a few secrets you can get very crispy food with great taste!

When I make salmon I always make extra and freeze it. And then I make salmon cakes! Oh, these little gems from Natasha’s Kitchen are my favorite!
Salmon cakes stir up all kinds of culinary memories for me. My mom made them and I loved them! So they are frequently On The Menu! I can’t wait!!!!
One of the dishes you often see On The Menu is my Arugula salad. We love it! And it is so so easy to put together! This might be one recipe you want to know how to make too! It brings lots of freshness to any menu!

We think Friday’s after work are fun evenings! Movies, games and an easy dinner. Bobby LOVES breakfast so tonight’s dinner is a gorgeous breakfast casserole!
I’ll put Bobby’s casserole on top of Canadian Bacon and toasted brioche. Just for you darling!

SATURDAY- COMPANY’S COMING

My secret to a stress-free dinner is to prep ahead all week and make as much as I can!
I make a timeline and work backward and check things off as they get done!
