Summer is finally sizzling here at StoneGable! And it’s so humid too! So we are GRILLING! If you don’t have a grill you can use a cast iron grill on your cooktop! Grilled food is extra tasty! Here’s what’s on the menu this week…
Come on over Mom! Fish tacos are her favorite! So she will be having dinner with us for sure! The recipe calls for fried fish but I’ll be grilling our to be a bit more WW friendly!

I’ll be making extra of the chicken and broccoli salad for lunches the rest of the week. And I’ll be using boneless skinless chicken breasts for some of the chicken.
