Here at StoneGable we eat seasonally because we live in a very agrarian area! The strawberries have been just sublime this year and our cherry tree is loaded down with fruit and will be ready to pick around the 4th of July! Here’s what’s on the menu this week…

I love Thai food! And this easy to make skinny Thai noodle bowl from Nancy at Skinny Kitchen looks so scrumptious! And only 6 WW Freestyle points!

Tonight’s main dish is a blast-from-the-past recipe but done in an air fryer. Thanks, Jenna from Recipe Diaries. A company worthy meal on a weeknight!

If you are watching your weight or trying to eat more healthy an air fryer could be your best friend! We have a small toaster/ toaster oven/ convection oven/ air fryer/ warming oven that sits on our countertop. And I love it!

You can see it HERE.

Air frying makes food amazingly crisp and brown and give us that crunch and mouth feel we all crave!

We love love love fish tacos, here at StoneGable! And this recipe is such a winner!

I’m making a big batch of yummy Root Beer Pulled Pork in the slow cooker to use over the weekend! What a great recipe from Trish at Mom On Timeout!

And I’ll be eating my pulled pork on Cloud Bread! Very low carb and only one Freestyle Point!

Every word in the name of this week’s salmon recipe speaks to me! Even on WW I don’t mind sauce. I just eat whatever is on the salmon and call it a day! No extra sauce, but great succulent flavor!

How do I count the glaze or sauce. I look at the countable ingredients and calculate it one or two tablespoons.

This recipe comes from Saving Room For Dessert. I’m addicted to Tricia’s beautiful blog!

We often have very busy weekends! Errands, home projects, family event, church and more! So I’m adding this delicious flatbread main dish to my “WEEKEND EASY” recipe category! Thanks, Danelle from Let’s Dish for this fabulous and quick recipe!

HAPPY FATHER’S DAY! We are celebrating Bobby (and Christopher and Jonathan) here at StoneGable today! Bobby loves a great steak and we all love Chimichurri sauce! If you are feeding a crowd a flank steak is the way to go! T

hanks, Ayra at Butter And Things for this visually beautiful recipe!

Surprise! This week’s treat is breakfast! It’s strawberry season here at StoneGable and this overnight oatmeals is just so beautiful and delicious with a good helping of fresh strawberries thrown in!

I’ll be using this recipe with other seasonal fruit all summer long!

Have a scrumptious week, friends!
