OCTOBER READER APPRECIATION GIVEAWAY

OCTOBER READER APPRECIATION GIVEAWAY

I LOVE STONEGABLE READERS! You are THE BEST! And to say thank you to everyone who makes StoneGable a part of their day I’m giving away something a little different this month! I get so many e-mails and questions about decor issues. Wouldn’t it be nice if we could all have a live-in interior design consultant? I think so too! October’s Reader Appreciation Giveaway will help one lucky reader solve their biggest home decor dilemma! No, I’m not coming to live in your home but probably the next best thing…

This month’s giveaway winner will get a complete design consultation by me that includes:

  • a detailed survey to pinpoint your interior design problem, your style and more
  • a 20 minute skype or google hangout walk thru of the area in your home with an interior design dilemma or if you are not computer savvy you can send pictures
  • a plan of action done by me to help you solve your home decor problem
  • a 30 minute phone consultation
  • a mood board showing you products that I think would work best in your room

If you don’t have an issue with a room but want to win this Giveaway for someone else you may transfer your gift to them.

Here’s how you win… every time you comment on ANY post at StoneGable you will be entered to win. That means you can leave as many comments on as many posts as you want… and you can do this daily! I keep a daily tally of comments and the winner will be chosen from them. The winner will be posted on Facebook and notified by email on November 1st.

Stop by my Facebook page and follow me so you can check if you are the winner!

I’m very excited about this GIVEAWAY! I hope you are too!

  9. Yvonne, I think this is a lovely idea. Your style is adored by many, as you have such an eye for detail and your home is so warm and inviting. And, your sweet genuine personality shows through in both your posts and your words.

  10. What a wonderful idea. I look so forward to your post each and everyday. You are so inspirational. I am slowly transforming my home to farmhouse style. We recently added a bathroom, remodled our laundry room and bedroom. I am now in the planning process of transforming my den. I love white couches, but, I have 4 grandchildren, ages 3, 5, 6 and 13 and have the question of how hard would it be able to keep a white couch with children. I would love to win this time with you and your advice. May God continue to Bless everyday.

  11. I do have one particular problem that I have been brain storming for years – it would be nice to consult with someone who clearly knows what they’re doing!

  12. Love your Blog. Read it daily. Love especially your Sunday posts. I’ve had the joy of traveling to Israel twice with fellow Christians. My oldest granddaughter goes in May with a group from Liberty University to the best sites. Now to decor–Haven’t commented in a while….but my biggest decorating delimna is “de-stuffing”. I love all my Khotchkis, but I’m beginning to get claustrophobic especially when seasonally decorating. HELP!
    Thanks,
    Vicki

  13. Great idea, you are going to have tons of comments! My daughter is just starting out, took your advice and purchased her sofa from Pottery Barn but is confused on what to do next! She is almost starting from scratch in her great room and on a limited budget! Hope we win!

  15. Great idea Yvonne! I am in the middle of covering books with burlap ,waiting for each side to dry. They are looking fabulous. Thanks as always for your great inspiration!

  16. What an awesome idea. When you give something of yourself, it is sincere. You have wonderful taste. You give a home a personality.

  17. How I would love this and the chance to get to speak with you in person! Your ideas motivate me everyday.

  18. Yvonne thank you for this wonderful opportunity. I’m trying to refresh the look of my home but often times feel dry. I read magazines blogs and Pinterest but have a difficult time starting. I want to remodel my kitchen and dining room but seem stuck even though I have visited with contractors and have a budget for the project. I just need reassurance to start.

  19. Fantastic idea for a give away! I love your style and decor tips. We recently moved and I am struggling with how to pull my living room look together. Sometimes combining my hubby’s decor choices and mine is like riding a car with square wheels! I need all and any help with decorating. I enjoy my attempts at decorating but somehow my desired outcome misses the mark. Thank-you for offering this splendid deal.

  20. I recommended your blog to a friend last night. We both share your love of black, white and black/white plaid!

  21. What a wonderful give-away! You are so generous with your blog and all your beautifully inspired ideas! Thank you for the chance to win. I live in a saltbox in the woods, which we have decorated in a little bit eclectic, but mostly French Farmhouse style, so I LOVE your blog. And I LOVE the perspective and experience you share! Blessings and blessings!

  22. What a great idea! We plan to move in October so my home is practically a blank slate! I’d love some of your advice. Hope I win but whoever is the lucky person will gain lots of valuable knowledge. Hope they do a post to share!

  23. That would be wonderful! Been thinking I need some professional help before I go any further! Well . . . I may need more professional help in other areas too. . . but 🙂 I would certainly take some design help! Have a very blessed day!

  24. How great you are in every aspect of your life. You are such and inspiration.
    Thanks for this generous gesture.
On the brink of doing Our kitchen. How great his would be to have your help
    Bonnie

  25. Have I got a problem area! All my reading of blogs, magazines never address this common problem to cape code homes. I kknow I am not the only person with a cape cod home or this problem. Makes me feel like I am alone in this world! HELP!!!!

What a great idea. Hope it is me!

  26. That would be awesome! I love to decorate, but having your professional guidance is a blessing! Your home is gorgeous!

  27. Thanks, Yvonne! I love visiting you each day and get so many ideas from you. Yesterday’s devotional was spot on and the scripture was an answer to a prayer I held up before God that morning! Thanks for being His channel…one that blessed me!!

  28. Hi Yvonne! I have enjoyed your blog for many years. I was drawn to your style of decorating and enjoy seeing how you place things in your home. We have moved and are remodeling a smaller ranch home. We do have some challenging areas and would love to be able to have your input.

  29. Wow! What an incredibly generous giveaway! Love all your tips and advise. But presently ( and for the last few years ) I seem paralyzed when it comes to bringing life to my master bedroom. It would be a dream to have some fresh ideas from someone as gifted as you. So I’m on board with your new give away. Thank you for such an opportunity!
First thing every morning, I see what’s happening at StoneGable. ?

  30. Would love your idea for my living room! After over 26 years as an Air Force wife, countless moves, many houses and government quarters…our retirement homes living room has had me stumped since we built this house five years ago! I am never sure if it’s the military wife in me that wants to move furniture…you know, because I am used to moving every couple years…or if it’s just because I can’t seem to get it just right! Great sized room…open concept…no walls…do you see my problem?!? Anyway, awesome give away idea, and so gracious of you to think of it!

  31. I have recently discovered your blog and I am just loving it. What a wonderful gift for your readers, I would love to win.

  32. Who wouldn’t LOVE your input…..I can say your Blog is my Very favorite. I swoon over your kitchen/keeping/family rooms. I remodeled my old kitchen 3 yrs ago, removing a wall and recycling almost all my orangey oak cabinets by painting them a soft white. I had the hardest time picking a white! Who knew there is such a difference in whites……. I ultimately chose White Duck by Sherwin Williams. I have the basics in place, it’s the WOW factors that are stumping me! Anyway, your blog is the most inspiring to me, can’t wait to make your pumpkin bread in a mason jar and your gingersnap cookies. Hope you have an awesome Autumn! Whoever wins, we all look forward to your stories!

    Thanks,
    Susan

  33. Yvonne, wow! To have you available to help would be a dream come true. Thank you for this wonderful opportunity!

  34. This sounds really fun! I can’t wait to turn you loose in my poor bedroom that needs to double as a craft room!

  35. Thank you so much for the opportunity. I recently found your site, and am loving it! I’m hoping to read much more on here and looking for ideas to freshen up my home in the country. We have 1980 style paneling that I have to do something with, and afraid to take it down and have to deal with the wall paper that is underneath. The former owner put her wallpaper up with not just wallpaper paste, but also put Elmer’s Glue in with it! I’m so tired of living in what feels like a big wood box. But not young enough to jump into major projects like I used to. Good reason to hope I might win……right?

  36. Yvonne…..Wow ! What a delightful and generous giveaway ! It will be the best of times for the winner ! My challenge is a large loft in our newly built home that I intend to make into a creative center and ‘Ladies Salon’ (total opposite of ‘man-cave’) for the times when my gal-pals gather ….I want it to be unique with some intriguing feminine touches….how I would dearly love your Stone Gable stamp on it !!! You are one in a million !……Smiles……Anne

  37. Omg! What a wonderful idea! We have recently made some changes to the layout of our first
floor and I would love your help making it look it’s best!!

I have read your blog for a couple of years, but I have never left any comments, shame on me, I have enjoyed all your posts, love to see someone not worried to shine your light for the Lord, I have made many of your recipes, and tried to copy a lot that you do, I am a crafty person and love to have Dinner parties, I took your idea for white dishes and love them, because of you I have overcome the feeling of not having as nice house as some of my friends, there was once I wouldn’t have invited some to my home, but because of you, I do now, I feel they really enjoy being here, or they wouldn’t come back, I always decorate my table, again your help, can’t say enough about you, anyway enter me in your giveaway, My God bless you. Mary

  54. Well! I’m not usually very vocal on blogs…but I will have to make an exception for this! I definitely need some help here with this living room! I could tell just about anyone what to do with a room (I even worked as an Ethan Allen designer in a past life)…but I’m HOPELESS when it comes to my own house! And, of course, there’s always the problem of having champagne taste and a beer income! In the meantime, I’ll continue to work on decluttering….

  55. Great – just in the nick of time! I’m remodeling a “new to me” old home and trying to stage my current house! In fact, I’m going to be in trouble for stopping to read this!!!
