Here’a recipe that makes entertaining easy and delicious all at the same time! Fiesta Party Dip is creamy, cheesy, filled with colorful peppers and has that scrumptious Ranch flavor we all love! YUMMY! And it can be whipped up in no time! Serve it with crackers or veggies… add a bowl of olives and nuts and you have a great appetizer for your next gathering.

But don’t just stop at DIP! Stuff a chicken breast with Fiesta Party Dip and you have a company worthy main dish! OR put a dollop of it in an omelet for a great burst of flavor!

FIESTA PARTY DIP

A creamy, cheesy, Ranch flavored dip that is a little addictive!

Ingredients

  • 2 ~ 8 oz. cream cheese blocks
  • 1 package Hidden Valley Ranch Dip dry dip
  • 1 cup extra sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup assorted colored peppers diced very small
  • 1 small can of chopped green chilies
  • 2 green onions chopped finely

Instructions

  • Add all the ingredients together in a bowl and mix.
  • Best if left in frig to marry the flavors together for a couple of hours!
  • Serve with veggies or crackers.

  1. This looks divine! I love veggie cream cheese on my bagel and for some reason this makes me think of an amped up version of that spread. Definitely making some with my garden veggies!

    1. It really depends on how much everyone will eat. I would say it feeds 6-8. But if there are going to be lots of people and lots of other snacks it may go even further. Hope this helps.
