  3. Yvonne, My husband and I also love having soup as our main meal at least once or twice a week now that cooler weather has arrived.. Not only delicious but very budget friendly. You reminded me I froze a batch of butternut squash last summer and need to make some soup with it this week. It always tastes better a few days after making and with some crusty bread makes meal prep so easy for a busy fall weekend evening.
