  5. Oh my gosh, you ladies are so much fun. Thank you. This was my first party listening to you but I’m addicted and can’t wait to catch up on the 12 previous. I have to share some ways I decorate. I love decorative hooks and have them everywhere. I also have, in addition to china, silver and crystal, a small collection of sugar and creamers and diminutive crystal salt and pepper shakers my grandmother and great grandmother used on their formal table. I use ribbon, twine, raffia, white kitchen string or bakers twine to tie a bow around the handles of my sugar, creamer or even gramma’s Fiestaware coffee cup to dangle from a hook. It does matter where my hook is – kitchen, foyer, etc, I just love displaying them. I’ve also begun stacking my china on my sideboard and placing something totally opposite on top like an old prayer book, pine one, etc. I use those diminutive salt and pepper shakers for equally diminutive individual flowers. Also, while you all were talking about china cabinets, I thought how much fun would it be to display all the above on a bakers rack?? I also display all the above on my 1950’s farm table that I did mosaic on with dinner plate pieces! Enough from me!

  6. Thanks for hosting the party. Many great ideas

  9. I’ve tried several times to pull up the article on using vintage silver and always get an error message. Where should I look for this? Thanks.
