As I count my blessing this year you are counted among them. I still pinch myself every day in wonder that I can do something I love so much and have such a passion for. And even though I may not know all of you personally, I feel like you are my friends… my kindred spirits! My heart overflows with gratitude and joy! So, while I am sitting around my table this Thanksgiving you will be on my mind and my prayers!  Have a happy and blessed Thanksgiving!

Have you been decorating for Christmas yet? I’ve been slowly working on it. Last year I did what I called FAKING A FRENCH CHRISTMAS . My decor is not French at all but I had so much fun incorporating French element into my home. You can see it HERE!

  2. I have been lucky enough in life to live in France, and enjoy Christmas en Provence et in Paris. Remember to add some santons somewhere in your faux French Christmas. They are made in Provence and are just wonderful. They come in many sizes too.
    Happy Thanksgiving!

  6. Happy Thanksgiving to you and your American readers, Yvonne. Our Canadian Thanksgiving was in early October and I work full time outside our home so I started with my Christmas decor earlly. I am close to finished. Thanks again for your clear Christmas bins storage suggestion a few years ago. I transitioned over to clear storage totes in several sizes (blogged about it too), store them on a large shelving unit in our basement, and now finding the right decorations as I need them is so easy.

  7. Thanks to eveyone for the many lovely decorating and baking ideas. Wishing you each a day full of thanks

  8. Yay!! I am so thrilled that you featured my curio cabinet this week. What an honor!

We have so much to be thankful for in this life, even with our sorrows, for much has been given to us because of God’s grace. I so appreciate the many, many hours of hard work you put in to bring so much joy, inspiration, and helpful hints to us all.
