    This week I am sharing two recipes.

    One is a vegan soup: French Lentil, Butternut Squash and Kale. The other is an easy enchilada recipe: Chicken, Black Bean, and Delicata Squash Enchiladas with a Homemade Enchilada Sauce (gluten and dairy free).
