What could be more fitting on Pink Saturday than the ultimate pink house? This beautiful pink stuccoed home, built is 1771, has be been a private residence, a bank, a tea room and the headquarters of one of Sherman’s generals. Today it is a fabulous restaurant! We were able to tour this historic beauty before it opened and we were amazed at all the historic dining rooms and the much in demand ballroom– a perfect spot for a wedding reception. If you love pink, this is a must see on a trip to Savannah!
Situated on Reynolds Square, it graces Savannah’s historic district. It is especially striking when the pink azaleas are in bloom.
We had a wonderful dinner eating in the carriage house connected to the main house. The food and the atmosphere made our eating experience a memorable event!
Wouldn’t you love to live in a pnk house? Well, in historic Savannah you could!
I am participating in Pink Saturday, hosted by my dear friend Beverly at How Sweet The Sound.
