Cheater’s Chicken Pot Pie is a wonderful family dinner! And I make it in individual servings. That always makes everyone feel so special!
I use puff pastry instead of pie dough. Much easier and super flaky!

I grew up eating salmon cakes using salmon from a can. And I loved them. But when I tried these scrumptious bites from Natasha’s Kitchen I was surprised at the depth of flavor and just how utterly heavenly a real salmon cake could be! This recipe is a must try!!!!

I must sound like a broken record, but soup is one of our favorite things to eat for dinner. We like a hearty soup filled with layers and layers of flavor. I usually make extra to freeze. A freezer full of soup is a happy freezer!

I thought this recipe from Aunt Bee’s Recipes looked so tasty and filling that I just had to give it a try! Bobby will be delighted!!!! And we can eat the leftovers for lunches in crusty rolls!

Who doesn’t love Spanakopita? What’s not to love? Pillows of crisp phyllo layered with a creamy spinach filling. What a great way to start the weekend! Oh YUM!!!!!!

I can usually make pasta carbonara with things I already have in my frig and pantry. It is the quintessential bacon and eggs pasta. This recipe is so so easy! It’s creamy and full of comforting flavors! Make it when you are short on time and hungry!!!!
