THE EASIEST CLEANING CADDY
My cleaning caddy is one of the most important tools I have to help me clean our home quickly and efficiently! Everything I need is right at my fingertips so I don’t have to run around looking for cleaning products, paper towels, etc! Here’s what’s in my cleaning caddy!
My mantra is CLEAN SMARTER, NOT HARDER! Â I love a clean home, but I am not one of those people who find cleaning a pleasurable pastime.
My mom and daughter and daughter-in-law got that gene, but it totally missed me!
Sadly, to get the clean home I love, I must spend time cleaning almost daily! I’m always trying to find simple, common sense ways to do the job without breaking my back and my bank!
Years ago I started putting all my cleaning supplies in one plastic bucket. So no matter where I was I had a handy cleaning caddy full of things to clean my home right at my fingertips!
To get to the goal of a nice clean, fresh smelling home I use my handy cleaning carryall. This is my REAL-DEAL cleaning carryall! It’s not pretty or fancy but it’s not supposed to be! It’s a workhorse!
I’ve carried lots of cleaning supplies in my cleaning carryall but over the years. But, in the last year or so I’ve gotten concerned about the chemicals I’m using in my home. Now, I keep mostly chemical-free, natural cleaning products in my carryall.

I need to use THIS…
To get to the goal of a nice clean, fresh smelling home I use my handy cleaning carryall.
Now, I keep mostly chemical free, natural cleaning products in my carryall.
I use lots of Norwex and Young Living products now to keep my home fresh and clean! If you are not familiar with either products you can find them online! I am now selling Young Living Oils. If you are interested in learning more or buying Young Living essential oils or cleaning products you can email me.
One thing in my cleaning carryall that I have used for almost 30 years is a feather duster. I love love love this great little cleaner! It picks up lots of dust quickly and holds it in the duster until I shake it out! It gets into nooks and crannies that my other dusting cloths can’t. It makes dusting a breeze!
If you are interested in getting a feather duster for yourself make the investment and get a real ostrich feather duster and the best one you can buy. It will last a lifetime!
Here’s almost everything I keep in my handy cleaning carryall…
It’s important to customize your cleaning carryall for your needs so you don’t have to leave the job at hand to find something else you need!
(Not shown in the carryall is a scrub brush, toothbrush and a big sponge.)
Having all of my cleaning products together that I can easily carry from room to room makes cleaning a whole lot easier… and smarter!
How about you? Why don’t you think about making a cleaning carryall? I say, clean smarter… not harder!

What exactly do you use the Theives oil for?
Thieves cleaner can be used on all surfaces. It cleans beautifully and smells like cinnamon and cloves.
Do you dilute it somehow? Spray bottle?
If you mean Thieves, yes. It comes in a concentrated cleaner
I have a cleaning carryall but I’m liking your idea of using a simple pail instead of lugging one along with the carryall. Now if I could only get organized to do a little cleaning each day rather than an all day back breaking weekly (wishful thinking) event!
That is really the best way to clean!!!
I just love the carryall idea! Anything that simplifies the task is golden! Happy New Year Yvonne!
Happy New Year, Raquel!
Hi there! I stumbled upon your blog and have started receiving your newsletter. Love your style and your tips! I am confused about this blog post. It loots like there are supposed to be all sorts of printables and things to read, but when I click on the items within the newsletter, all that is brought up in a photo to pin on pinterest. What am I doing wrong? Where to I actually find the printable and information about cleaning? thanks so much!

Having a carryall is a great idea. Anything that makes cleaning easier is a good thing! Thanks for sharing!
The carry all is a great idea! And, I want a real feather duster – I’ll imagine I’m at the Downton estate when I’m using it and it will make dusting so much more fun! Sharing on facebook and pinning!
