  80. I made your Holiday Brisket for Christmas. The presentation was so lovely that it even made an impression on our 25 year old son, who commented about how fancy it was! It was so very easy, tender and tasty. Thank you for the inspiration!

  81. Hi Yvonne,
I’ve been following your blog for some time now and have never commented . So, I thought I would to let you
know that I made the Brisket for my Bunco girlfriends .. .I host the Christmas luncheon at my home every year.
I decided to double the recipe so I would have extra, and it was delicious. I double both the cranberries and the onion soup mix. It was a little too salty, so next time I will use only one packet. Everyone loved it, and yesterday one of the ladies texted me for the recipe.I just sent her the link to your blog tonight. I was able to use beef broth to dilute the saltiness of the sauce and with scallop
    potatoes it was perfect.
Thank you so much. Sending wishes that 2017 is a wonderful year for you and yours.

    1. Jody, I’m thrilled your Bunko friends like the brisket. And thank you for passing my site along! I really appreciate it!
